Day 1: Arrival in Budapest - Welcome Dinner  

Welcome to Budapest.

Upon arrival at Budapest International Airport (BUD), complete immigration and customs formalities for entry into Hungary and the Schengen area.

Meet your guide at the arrivals hall and transfer to your hotel for check-in.

Danube River Dinner Cruise (2.5 Hours)

• Transfer to the pier near the iconic Chain Bridge to board your cruise.

Continue to Esztergom, the ancient capital of the Kingdom of Hungary (975–1249) and the coronation site of King Saint Stephen.

Esztergom served as the capital of the Kingdom of Hungary between 975 and 1249, before the capital was moved to Buda. It is also the historic site of Hungary's foundation, where King Saint Stephen I was crowned on either Christmas Day in the year 1000 or January 1, 1001.

• Visit the iconic Esztergom Basilica, followed by a panoramic city tour covering the Town Hall, Franciscan Church, Old Seminary, and Courthouse.
